  Kyle at IL Restoration Group is a prime example of how an owner should run a business and treat their customers. After a free inspection and confirmation that he did see hail damage on my roof, I signed with Kyle to help me get insurance to approve a full roof replacement. He saw how guarded I was even after I signed with him, so he promised me the best service and he did not disappoint! He showed up on time or even earlier for all appointments and he always answered his phone or returned calls/texts in a timely manner. Most importantly, he got me approved with insurance agreeing to pay for a full roof replacement and gutters. He really does go up to bat for the homeowners against the insurance companies. I am seeing it firsthand as he is also helping my mom with her roof. (Insurance is pushing back on my mom's roof but we haven't stopped fighting back thanks to Kyle's experience in insurance claims.)
